Booking Rules:
- Booking must be confirmed within 14 days of the party date.
- Credit card information will be required for confirmation.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required with all bookings.
- Feel free to bring your own Birthday cake. We only ask that you don’t bring any outside food or beverages, while on the premises.
- If for whatever reason you have to cancel, your notification must be received 5 days prior to your scheduled event.

- AV & Equipment: All boardrooms include standard AV setup (projector, Wi-Fi). Additional equipment may be available upon request.

What is included in a boardroom rental?
All boardroom rentals include a private meeting space with Wi-Fi, projector, and flexible table/chair setup. Our team will assist with basic room setup prior to your arrival.
How many people can the boardroom accommodate?
Our boardrooms can accommodate up to 40 guests, depending on the room layout and type of event (meeting, dining, or presentation).
Do I have to order food?
- Yes you do have to order from our catering menu to book an event space.
- Members: A minimum $15 per person bistro order applies for shorter bookings (3 hours or less).
- Non-members: A $15 per person minimum bistro order is required for all bookings.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
The only exception is birthday cake, which you are welcome to bring.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes, boardroom rentals require a minimum 3-hour booking.
What are your rates for members vs. non-members?
We offer preferred pricing for members, including reduced hourly rates and bundled options.
Non-members are charged hourly, with a minimum food and beverage requirement.
Do you offer catering?
Yes, all locations have a licensed restaurant with full table service. Catering is provided in-house through our bistro.
What types of events can you host?
We host a variety of events, including:

Can we book activities along with the space?
Yes! You can enhance your event with instructor-led activities such as fitness classes, racquet sports, or group training sessions. Tournament organization is also available.

Our team will respond within one business day to confirm availability and next steps.

- A valid credit card

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 days prior to your scheduled event.
Deposits are non-refundable.
