Camp Disclaimers
Our facilities are reserved for Members and program participants. Guests and parents are welcome to access the viewing gallery, bistro, family changeroom, and washrooms.
However, guests and parents are not permitted to use the fitness or racquet facilities.
Please be aware that any violation of this policy may lead to the removal of your child from the program and a permanent ban from Mayfair Clubs.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Exclusive Pricing for Existing and Active Members
Existing and active Mayfair Clubs members are entitled to exclusive pricing on our programs. When you go to check out your registration, you will be asked to identify the participant as a Member or Non Member. Once you select the option for Member, a discount will be applied to your purchase. The participant being enrolled into the activity MUST be an active Mayfair Clubs member in order to receive the discounted price. You will need to provide the participant’s Membership number when you complete your registration. Membership numbers can be found on your renewal letters.
Non-Member Registration and Payment
Non-Members can register for our Camps and Programs. However, if you register for a program or camp, and indicate that you are a member without being an active Mayfair Clubs member, you will be charged the price difference between the non-member fee and the amount paid for the member fee. Additionally, an administrative processing fee of $25 may be applied in some cases.
Pricing & Payment Adjustments
If our team contacts you via the email on file to inform you that your membership is not active or on file and you need to pay the difference to account for the non-member rate, applicable fees ($25) will be incurred.
Payment Deadline
You will have 3 business days from the date of notification to provide payment.
Late Payment Fees
If payment is not received within the 3-business day period, an additional $25 administrative processing fee will be applied, in addition to the price difference that will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
If the situation is not resolved within 10 business days, we reserve the right to cancel your registration and refund your registration fee.
Please ensure that you are providing the correct information regarding your Membership status when registering for any programs to avoid any inconvenience.

Participant Over 18 Years of Age
I confirm that I will review any one of Ontario’s official Concussion Awareness Resources before registering for a program with Mayfair Clubs and will review the Concussion Code of Conduct that will be provided to me upon confirmation of registration.
Participant Under 18 Years of Age
As the parent/guardian of a participant under the age of 18 years, I confirm that I will review any one of Ontario’s official Concussion Awareness Resources before registering for a program with Mayfair Clubs and will review the Concussion Code of Conduct that will be provided to me upon confirmation of registration.
We are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for all participants in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code.
If your child requires accommodation, please provide detailed information during registration and in any relevant forms, and contact us as early as possible. To allow adequate time for review and preparation, accommodation requests must be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance of the program start date. Our team reviews requests individually and may follow up to better understand your child’s needs.
We will hold a placement in our program for a period of one (1) week following receipt of an accommodation request or related registration information. If the accommodation review process is delayed or additional information is required, your child’s placement may be temporarily placed on a waitlist until the review is completed and a determination can be made regarding appropriate supports.
While we make every effort to provide reasonable accommodations, there may be circumstances where we are unable to fully support a child’s needs due to staffing, safety considerations, or undue hardship. In such cases, a refund will be issued as follows:
- Before the program starts: If we determine that we cannot accommodate your child, a full refund will be processed.
- After the program has started: Refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions or days attended.
For accommodation inquiries or questions about refunds, please contact the Club Manager or program contact.
I am aware that by participating in a Mayfair Clubs’ activity involves many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to: collision with other persons or objects; being struck by equipment; being hit by a ball; heart attack, or other similar life threatening conditions caused by physical exertion; the risk of personal injury including, but not limited to, strains, sprains, fractures, brain injury, spinal cord injury including paraplegia or quadriplegia, or death; loss of balance or control; slips, trips and falls; negligent first aid; failure to act safely or within one’s own ability; negligence of other persons; and, negligence on the part of the releasees.
I understand that negligence includes failure on the part of the releasees to take reasonable steps to safeguard or protect the participants from the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above. I freely accept and fully assume all such risks, dangers and hazards and the possibility of personal injury, death, or property damage or loss resulting therefrom, on behalf of the participants.
In the event that a parent or guardian requires modifications to their child’s registration—such as changes in level, time, or session start—a $25 processing fee will be applied to cover administrative costs. The processing fee will be charged per child and per adjustment. The administration processing fee is non-refundable. In exceptional cases where adjustments are required due to administrative error or unforeseen circumstances, the fee may be waived at the discretion of the administration.
If you require an exception to the age requirement for your child, please contact the program or camp lead directly.
Parents are not able to edit their child’s date of birth in our application; any changes must be requested by emailing the program or camp contact. In some cases, a birth certificate may be required to verify your child’s age.
Age restrictions are in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants. Misrepresenting a child’s age can negatively impact the camp or program experience for everyone. In some cases, a child may be removed from the activity if the correct age cannot be verified.
Mayfair Clubs requires a minimum of seven (7) days written notice from a registrant looking to cancel an event and/or activity. Cancellation requests received more than 7 days prior to the beginning of the program will be issued a credit for a future program. No credits will be issued for cancellation requests for any reason received less than 7 days prior to the beginning of the program. Please note: We do not offer refunds and we do not offer make-up classes/sessions/days – this includes for absences due to illness of participant. In the event that a parent or guardian requires modifications to their child’s registration—such as cancellations, changes in level, time, or session start—a $25 processing fee will be applied to cover administrative costs.
Mayfair Clubs reserves the right to cancel any program on any given date and time for situations outside of Mayfair Clubs control. Should this occur, all registrants will receive a credit for a future program. If the program has begun, a credit will be issued for the unused portion of the program.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing delays in picking up your child from our summer camp. To ensure the safety and well-being of all campers and staff, we have implemented the following late pick-up policy:
Lakeshore:
- Tiny Tots Only: Late Pick-Up Time Half Day AM: After 12:00 PM
- Late Pick-Up Time Half Day AM Camps: After 1:00 PM
- Late Pick-Up Time Full Day Camps: After 4:15 PM
- Late Pick-Up Aftercare: After 6:15 PM
Parkway:
- Late Pick-Up Time Half Day AM Camps: After 12:30 PM
- Late Pick-Up Time Full Day Camps: After 4:15 PM
West:
Splash & Laugh and Multi Sport:
- Late Pick-Up Time Half Day AM Camps: After 1:00 PM
- Late Pick-Up Time Full Day Camps: After 4:15 PM
- Late Pick-Up Aftercare: After 5:45 PM
Tennis:
- Late Pick-Up Time Half Day AM Camps: After 12:30 PM

Late Fee: $1 per minute, charged in increments of one minute.
- Parents or guardians who anticipate being late to pick up their child must notify the camp office at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
- Upon arrival, parents or guardians will be required to check in at the Front Desk.
- Late fees will be payable upon pick-up of the child.
The purpose of this policy is to ensure the safety and well-being of all campers by maintaining appropriate supervision levels after regular camp hours. It also aims to discourage late pick-ups that may inconvenience camp staff and other families.
Exceptions:
Exceptions to the late pick-up policy may be made in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Please contact the front desk as soon as possible if you anticipate being late due to such circumstances.
