  • Parents MUST accompany their kids to the sign-in area to complete the sign-in process.
  • Camp ends at 4:00pm sharp & pick-up will be in the same spot as drop-off. If someone different is picking up a child than who dropped them off, counselors need to be informed at drop-off and they must be prepared to show ID.
  • On rainy days, please come into the club and a team leader will direct you to the sign-in area.

If you require an exception to the age requirement for your child, please contact the program or camp lead directly.

Parents are not able to edit their child’s date of birth in our application; any changes must be requested by emailing the program or camp contact. In some cases, a birth certificate may be required to verify your child’s age.

Age restrictions are in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants. Misrepresenting a child’s age can negatively impact the camp or program experience for everyone. In some cases, a child may be removed from the activity if the correct age cannot be verified.

The health and safety of our campers and staff is our highest priority. Mayfair Clubs Camps continuously monitor weather and environmental conditions, including extreme heat, poor air quality, heavy rain, flooding, thunderstorms, and other events that may impact camp operations.

When conditions warrant, we will modify camp programming to ensure campers remain safe and comfortable. Depending on the situation, this may include moving activities indoors, limiting or cancelling outdoor activities, increasing hydration and rest breaks, adjusting the camp schedule, or implementing other appropriate safety measures.

Our Camp Directors monitor conditions throughout the day and follow established health and safety guidelines when making decisions. If conditions require significant changes to camp operations or if there is a concern regarding your child’s health or well-being, families will be notified promptly.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide a safe, fun, and enjoyable camp experience for every child.
