Update on Parkway Changeroom Renovation:

We are relieved to inform you that our newly renovated Changerooms is now open. We appreciate your patience during this long wait and look forward to showcasing our upgraded facilities to you. They look great!

Please take a moment to review the following details regarding the reopening:

Locker Allocation:

Upon opening this Friday, June 21 at 12pm, our staff will be available both outside the locker area and within to assist you with your locker allocation. We will aim to accommodate any necessary locker adjustments as flexibly as possible but please note that in some cases, locker positioning had to be adjusted slightly to accommodate the new space. If you have an issue with your allocation, please reach out to Jennifer at jhaley@mayfairclubs.com.

New Locker Policy:

As a precautionary increased security measure, we have made the decision to discontinue the provision of locks. Moving forward, we kindly request that all members procure and utilize their own locks for securing their belongings while utilizing our Club facilities.

Removal of Lock Combinations from Member File:

For members currently using locks provided by Mayfair Clubs, while you may continue to use them, please note that moving forward, we will be unable to provide locker combinations. Should you find yourself unable to recall your combination, our teams will be available to assist by cutting the locks for you.

Minor Delay for Hot Tub Reopening:

Regrettably, there will be a brief postponement in reopening the hot tubs. Please be assured that our teams consider this a top priority. The delay will be minimal.

Update on Lakeshore Renovations:

We are reaching out to provide an update regarding the construction progress at Mayfair Lakeshore. During Phase II of the project, we encountered a technical complication related to the structural wall necessary for our reconstruction efforts. As a result, we need to seek expert guidance to assess our options and determine the extent of work required to address this issue. Consequently, the anticipated completion date of the project is currently uncertain until we identify a suitable solution. We sincerely appreciate your patience throughout this process and commit to keeping you informed as soon as we have any developments to share.

Exciting News is on the Horizon at Mayfair Parkway!

We’re thrilled to share our plans for a transformative project that will elevate your experience. Get ready for the unveiling of our stunning renovation plans, featuring the addition of 4 brand-new indoor Pickleball Courts and a revitalized Fitness Centre.

We will not start this new construction project until the Change Room project is fully complete. As a reminder, our brand new Change Room amenities will be opening soon!

Guest Policies:

If you would like to bring a guest to our facilities, you and your guest will need to follow the same Mayfair Member policies for usage of our facilities in addition to our policies for Guests.

During Your Visit:
Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your booking so that you can complete the Guest intake process. Members must arrive together with their guests.

Guest Policy:

  • All Guest fees will be charged to the hosting Mayfair Member.
  • Upon Check-in:
    • Guests to provide Mayfair Clubs with valid Photo ID
    • Completed Guest Waivers emailed to Front Desk prior to arrival
    • Guests may visit Mayfair Clubs once each month to a maximum of 6 times within a 12 month period
  • Members are to accompany their Guest at check-in and while the Guest is in the Club at all times
  • Guests 17 years of age & under (minor) must be accompanied by a Parent
  • Member upon check-in and while in the Club

Wellness Spa & Sports Clinic Health & Safety Policies 

Effective immediately, Wellness Spa & Sports Clinic will be implementing the following health and safety measures outlined below:

  • Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and Registered Massage Therapists may wear masks during all treatment sessions, but they are not required to do so.
  • Estheticians must continue to wear masks during all facial treatments.
  • Clients also may choose to wear a mask during treatments, but they are not required to do so.
  • All Wellness Spa and Sports Clinic clients will be asked to wash their hands with soap prior to and post service or treatment.
  • Mayfair Clubs no longer accepts cash for transactions.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow enough time for the check-in process.

Sports Clinic Patients:

  • Current fees for all treatments are posted in the Sports Clinic and online.
  • Mayfair Clubs Sports Clinics are adhering to all guidelines and protocols of the appropriate regulatory bodies and the Ministry of Health.

Spa & Salon Clients:

  • Current fees for all Wellness Spa services are posted in the Spa and online.
  • Mayfair Wellness Spas & Sports Clinics adhere to all guidelines and protocols of the appropriate regulatory bodies, local Public Health Units, and the Ministry of Health

Cancellation Policy (24 Hours’ Notice)

Mayfair Clubs asks that if you are not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment to a later date. To cancel and/or reschedule your appointment our facilities require 24 hours’ notice.  Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice will be charged the full-service fee amount.
