Virtual group exercise classes offer flexibility, convenience, and community all in one package. Class Types

    THIS CLASS IS AVAILABLE VIRTUALLY. This is a more meditative and relaxing form of yoga, developed to increase flexibility and strength as well as tone your muscles. Equipment needed for the online class are 2 yoga blocks and a mat.

    THIS CLASS IS AVAILABLE VIRTUALLY. This is a class based on strengthening the functional operation of the body's core group of muscles. It is then followed by a relaxing mobility component.

    A fast-paced, ramped-up ballet class using traditional ballet technique to strengthen and sculpt the lower body, with components of cardio, arm work, abdominal work and flexibility to unleash your inner dancer.

Mobility Training is for anyone looking to prepare the body's joint and muscles for activities, ranging from everyday tasks to athletic pursuits.

    THIS CLASS IS AVAILABLE VIRTUALLY. An easy 'follow the leader' movement class designed to channel your inner dancer. The class starts with a series of individually taught steps, which are later used to form a choreographed routine.

    THIS CLASS IS ONLY AVAILABLE VIRTUALLY. Pilates Mat is a series of floor exercises designed by Joseph Pilates that focus on breath, concentration, control, centering and precision. These exercises are designed to uniformly strengthen the body as a whole creating a balance of strength and flexibility. Open to all levels, but lends itself to beginners and those not interested in weight-bearing exercises.

    Burn and Roll is a strength based class that utilizes resistance equipment like dumbbells, barbells, tubing and body weight. It also uses mobility equipment such as foam rollers for muscle and joint health. This class will increase overall strength, flexibility and range of motion.

    Body Blast is a rhythmic strength workout that utilizes Barbells, dumbbells, tubing, stability balls and Reebok steps. This class is designed to give you a head to toe strength workout.
