FITSTART™ APPOINTMENT

Your FitStart Appointment is all about you. In this 60-minute appointment our experts will go through your exercise history, your goals and their timelines, along with your medical history. We follow this up with a high-quality movement assessment so we have a clear picture of you and can give you the right recommendation specifically for you.

MACHINE ORIENTATION

30-minute walk-through of the fitness facility with instructions on how to use the weight and cardio machines. This is booked at your Fit Start Appointment.

Love the atmosphere in the gym!

Mayfair is the best one!

Have tried many different fitness clubs in the area, Mayfair is hands down the best one. The club has amazing amenities, a bright newly renovated fitness area, friendly staff and friendly patrons. I usually go to the gym in the evening and I never have to wait for machines, the club is always clean. You get what you pay for with a gym like this. Having a bar and restaurant on site is an added bonus!
