Mayfair Parkway is Transforming

Exciting News is on the Horizon at Mayfair Parkway!

We’re thrilled to share our plans for a transformative project that will elevate your experience. Get ready for the unveiling of our stunning renovation plans, featuring the addition of 4 brand-new indoor Pickleball Courts and a revitalized Fitness Centre.

We will not start this new construction project until the Change Room project is fully complete. As a reminder, our brand new Change Room amenities will be opening early summer.

What’s Happening?

• Tennis Court 8 will undergo a transformation into 4 permanent, state-of-the-art, hard-surface, indoor Pickleball Courts.
• Our current Fitness Facility will receive a much-needed design update to enhance your workout environment.
• A new addition of a see-through, window wall in the Fitness Facility will be included, allowing members a view from the Fitness Centre out to the action on the Tennis Courts.

What is the Timeline?

• Our teams are currently in the process of securing work permits from the City of Markham.
• Once the drawings receive approval, the project will move to the tender stage to select a contractor.
• Construction is anticipated to commence in June, pending the completion of the aforementioned steps.
• Our target is to have the project completed by Fall 2024.

What Services Will Be Affected?

• Tennis Courts 7 and 8 will be unavailable for Tennis during the project duration.
• The existing Fitness Centre will be relocated to Tennis Court 7.

Once we secure our permits and complete the tender stage, we will send another email update to inform you of the project schedule and any other important details as needed.
