Class Types

    All classes designated as ZONE CYCLE will incorporate a new Polar HR tool for instructors and members. Info on work rates of each participant in the class will be displayed on either a large screen TV or Projected on a screen. The tool is designed to aid in getting feedback on activity, sleep, and training. Members will be able to log sessions online and get feedback to help improve training and overall health.

    Cycle Fit cycling classes, are an excellent way to enhance your cardiovascular fitness and improve your lower body strength. 45 to 60 minutes of traditional cycling drills to work the heart and lungs together with the large muscle groups of the legs.

    Athletic Cycle class is designed to simulate outdoor cycling experiences and provide participants with an intense cardiovascular workout. Classes involve riding to the beat of energizing music and include various techniques to engage different muscle groups. Benefits of this class include, body composition change, caloric burn, cardiovascular fitness, lower body endurance and strength, and stress reduction. Great class for all levels.

    Stages Cycle is a programable Cycling System that allows participants to monitor their progress in a cycling class. Stages Flight gives you a visual representation of work capacity and effort in real time. Its a great way to challenge yourself and monitor your progress. Its also a lot of fun.

    This class puts the best of two classes together in one format. Cycle - to enhance your cardiovascular fitness and improve your lower body strength, using traditional cycling drills. The Spartan Workout – to focus on functional movement patterns. This portion of the class is strength and cardio based as well, featuring plyometrics, body weight work and compound functional movements to help create strength and mobility Through multiple joint ranges.
