Bruce has over 35 years of experience as a group fitness instructor. He teaches Cycle Fit, Zone Cycle as well as HIIT Overload, Spartan, and a member favourite – his MET CON class. Come and experience his cool vibe and legendary voice in person! Bruce teaches out of our Lakeshore location.
Beth
Beth trains all ages and all stages – from those just starting their fitness journey to the novice athlete. Her philosophy is simple; if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.
