Andrey is a versatile instructor who works out of our Parkway location. Andrey teaches Athletic Cycle and Cycle Fit as well as some Mind Body classes like Yoga. Don’t let his calm personality fool you – this guy will have you sweating!
Emily
With a deep commitment to mind, body, & spirit work, Emily completed her yoga teacher training immersed in the jungle of Costa Rica. Her approach to fitness aims to craft classes that instill a sense of empowerment. Emily encourages individuals to not be deterred by what they cannot do, but rather to focus on what they can achieve, knowing that with practice and dedication, what seems challenging now will become easier over time.
