SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Bring two friends and experience the power of small group training. Forge lasting connections as you sweat, laugh and achieve your goals together.  Our expert trainers will guide you through personalized workouts ensuring you reach your goals while surrounded by supportive teammates. Groups of 3-6 participants are needed to be able to run a session. We have rolling starts dates based on demand.

Packages can be custom built for your group for once or twice a week for 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks.

SMALL GROUP KICKBOXING TRAINING

Offered at Mayfair Lakeshore (Leslieville)

Embark on a journey from beginner to advanced levels as Andrey guides you through the fundamentals of kickboxing, covering everything from footwork to punching to kicking techniques.

One Shop Stop.

One shop stop. Has everything you need. I highly recommend my personal trainer Jeff MacCheyne who is an experienced master trainer. I get my Physio done there as well through Daniel…one of the best in the City. The Salon is terrific you’ll feel right at home. I used to drive downtown to get my haircut and 4 hours later plus parking would get home a $100 lighter. See Francis there at the Salon…she’s terrific. Tennis, Squash a pool, lots of parking, restaurant ,What more could you ask for!!!

Mayfair is the best one!

Have tried many different fitness clubs in the area, Mayfair is hands down the best one. The club has amazing amenities, a bright newly renovated fitness area, friendly staff and friendly patrons. I usually go to the gym in the evening and I never have to wait for machines, the club is always clean. You get what you pay for with a gym like this. Having a bar and restaurant on site is an added bonus!
