2025 Tennis Club Championships – Lakeshore

Every year, we gather all members and host the Lakeshore Club Championships in Tennis where the best of the best compete on our courts.

• SINGLES – Men’s & Women’s: “A”, “B”, “C” | Thursday, April 10 – Sunday, April 13, 2025
• DOUBLES – Men’s & Women’s: “A”, “B”, “C” | Thursday, April 24 – Sunday, April 27, 2025
• MIXED DOUBLES – “A”, “B”, “C” & Century Mixed (players’ ages total 100 or more) | Thursday, May 1 – Sunday, May 4, 2025

Tennis Finals Night & Club Banquet/Party

Join us to celebrate our players and winners with a Club celebration and dinner on Thursday, May 8, 2025 and hosted at Mayfair Parkway.

Event Details:

Draws for each event:

• “A” (4.0+), “B” (3.5 – 4.0), “C” (2.5 – 3.0)
• Guarantee of at least two matches (2 out of 3 sets, with a super breaker as the third set)

Entry Fees:

• Singles Only: $79.00 + HST per person
• Doubles Only: $65.00 + HST per person
• Two Events: $100.00 + HST per person
• Three Events: $120.00 + HST per person

Your banquet dinner is included in the entry fee, to be held after the tournaments, on Thursday, May 8, 2025.

How to Register:

• Register via Motion Vibe and select PROGRAMS. Go to the start date of each event.
• For Doubles Categories, please add your partner’s name.
• Registration deadline is 10 days before each event, which is also the cancellation deadline. Once a draw has been sent out, cancellations are not allowed, and you will be required to pay the full entry fee.
• Matches may start on Thursday, depending on the number of entries.

2025 Uptown Tennis Club Championships

Every year, we gather all members and host the Uptown Club Championships in Tennis, where the best of the best compete on our courts representing the East, Parkway and the West!

• MIXED DOUBLES – “A” and “B” | Monday,  April 7, to Sunday, April 13, 2025 (finals are on this day).

• MEN’S and WOMEN’S DOUBLES – “A” and “B” | Tuesday,  April 22, to Sunday, April 27, 2025 (finals are on this day).

• MEN’S and WOMEN’S SINGLES – “A” and “B” | Monday, April 28, to Sunday, May 4 (finals are on this day).

Club Championships and Singles Ladder Dinner Party and Awards Night

Join us to celebrate our players and winners with a Club celebration, with dinner, a live band and the awards ceremony hosted at Mayfair Parkway, on Wednesday, May 14th.

• Guarantee of at least two matches (2 out of 3 sets, with a super breaker as the third set)

• For Doubles Categories, please add your partner’s name.
• Registration deadline is 6 days before each event, which is also the cancellation deadline.
• Once a draw has been sent out, cancellations are not allowed, and you will be required to pay the full entry fee.
• Matches may start on the Monday/Tuesday, depending on the number of entries. All Finals will be played on the Sunday afternoon at the Parkway.
• Draws will be sent out the Thursday afternoon, the Thursday before each event starts.
• Members are expected to have availability for most weeknights 6:30 pm on and on weekends from 12:30 pm onwards.
