Special Yoga Event at Mayfair West | Wednesday September 4th | Save the Date!
We are planning a special Yoga event on our Tennis Courts this summer at Mayfair West with a special guest instructor Jana Webb – celebrity trainer to pro athletes from the NBA, NHL, MLB, NFL and MLS for a 90-minute workshop to learn JOGA. Joga is the revolutionary method that enhances performance, improves concentration, decreases recovery time and ultimately, can transform your fitness! This will be a complimentary event for Members. Temporary Group Exercise Studio at Mayfair East
We wanted to let you know that we have set-up a temporary Group Exercise studio at our Mayfair East location (160 Esna Park Drive, Markham). Mayfair Parkway members are welcome to join the classes virtually via Zoom or in person.
Please continue to select the Parkway location for in person classes held at the East and the East location for online virtual classes from the app/desktop to register. Classes will commence as of 6:30am on Wednesday July 24th, kicking things off with a Tabata Boot Camp with Andrey. See the full schedule online via our website.
As always, our Mayfair Lakeshore and Mayfair West locations are available to all Parkway Members during this time. You can see the full group exercise schedule on our website and via the Mayfair Member app.
